Our house is located in a very quiet blind alley and offers various parking facilities. The lake, as well as the city centre, are approximately 2 km away. Furthermore, there are very easy bus connections to all districts. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach our nearby nature protection area. Within a radius of 800 metres, there are 3 shopping centres, as well as restaurants, snack bars and other locations.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
